Your Creations & Our Content (Intellectual Property)
This section is super important for an artisan marketplace!
- Your Content: If you’re an artisan, or if you submit custom design requests, you own the intellectual property rights to the content you create and upload to Custom Artisans. However, by uploading it, you grant Custom Artisans a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our services (e.g., displaying your shop, marketing your products, or sharing your custom request with relevant artisans). You can revoke this license by removing your content or closing your account.
- Our Content: All the content you see on customartisans.com, excluding user-generated content, such as our website design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Custom Artisans or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Please don’t copy, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our express written permission.
- Artisan Products: The unique items crafted by our artisans are their intellectual property. Respect their hard work and creativity.
Limiting Our Responsibility (Liability Limitations)
We work hard to provide a fantastic service, but there are some things we can't guarantee. Please understand that:
- Custom Artisans is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We're here to connect artisans with customers, but you use our platform at your own risk.
When Things Need to End (Termination)
We hope you stay with us for a long time, but sometimes accounts need to be closed.
- By You: You are free to stop using Custom Artisans at any time. You can close your account by contacting us at [email protected].
- By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Custom Artisans, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. If we terminate your account due to a breach, we may also remove your content from our platform.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Any sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
